1. General Cancellation Rules
As a general rule, buyers shall not be entitled to cancel an order once it has been placed. Buyers may choose to cancel an order within 10 minutes of the order being placed. However, DailyNatural reserves the right to deny any refund, even within one minute, based on the buyer's previous cancellation history, and may suspend the account if necessary, at the sole discretion of DailyNatural.
2. Penalty for Late Cancellation
If a buyer cancels an order after one minute of placing it, DailyNatural reserves the right to collect a penalty of 100% of the order amount as compensation for damages suffered by DailyNatural. This penalty may be applied by either not refunding the order value for prepaid orders or recovering it from the buyer's subsequent order for postpaid orders to compensate the merchants.
3. DailyNatural's Right to Penalty Collection
DailyNatural also reserves the right to collect a penalty for orders constrained to be canceled by DailyNatural for reasons not attributable to DailyNatural. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect or out-of-range delivery addresses provided by the buyer.
- Failure to contact the buyer by phone or email at the time of delivering the order.
- Failure to deliver the order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from the buyer at the time of delivery.
- Unavailability of all items ordered by the buyer at the time of booking the order.
4. Unavailability of Items
In the unlikely event that an item in an order is unavailable, DailyNatural will contact the buyer and inform them of the unavailability. The buyer will then be entitled to cancel the entire order and receive a refund of up to 100% of the order value.
5. Partner Vendor Policies
This cancellation policy is also subject to the individual policies of our partner vendors. Buyers are encouraged to review the specific cancellation terms provided by the respective vendors.
